The Change Ability Profile is the latest instrument ValuesManagement has introduced to the market, developed according to the strict norms of classical test psychology. This makes it an instrument suitable for clear measurement as well as process orientated development. The Change Ability Profile is a carefully balanced and validated questionnaire, consisting of 160 questions with a total of 800 possible answers.
