The Change Ability Profile is a unique instrument, which shows the determinant elements of change in a simple way. The Change Ability Profile is the latest instrument ValuesManagement has introduced to the market, developed according to the strict norms of classical test psychology. This makes it an instrument suitable for clear measurement as well as process orientated development.

The Change Ability Profile is a carefully balanced and validated questionnaire, consisting of 160 questions with a total of 800 possible answers. We process a completed questionnaire into a report, graphically showing the way you deal with change. All of this in a very simple way, and based on scientifically founded models.

The Change Ability Profile is based on 3 important cornerstones:

  • ValuesSystems model by Clare W. Graves / Spiral Dynamics(TM)
  • Change model by Virginia Satir
  • Personality characteristics from classical test psychology

How does the Change Ability Profile work?
After all employees have completed their Change Ability Profile, our systems process the answers, under strict privacy rules, into a suitable personal report. This report contains valuable information regarding candidates and the way they deal with change. This report contains three elements, namely:

  • Values Profile based on Clare W. Graves, giving an insight in the candidate’s drives and the way he / she deals with changing circumstances from his drives
  • Change Profile based on Virginia Satir giving an insight in the different stages of change and they way the candidate composes himself in each stadium (amongst other resistance, chaos, integration and others)
  • Personal characteristics based on the classical test psychology, giving an insight into the character determining power to change.

Your trainer or consultant will hand over your Change Ability Profile, complete with an oral explanation. A Change Ability Profile never comes alone, but is a means in order to get to something. Advise from one of our WM Partners is essential, in order for the instrument to contribute to your objectives in an optimal way. For this purpose, Values Management has access to a network of advisors, trainers, coaches, psychologists, employment experts, all certified to work with this instrument.


What does the Change Ability Profile provide you with?
The Change Ability Profile gives valuable information about the way a candidate deals with change. You will give answers to questions such as:

  • What’s the candidate’s attitude towards change?
  • Which are the determining personal characteristics regarding change?
  • How does the candidate deal with (changing) circumstances?
  • What change possibilities suit the candidate?
