The Values Perception Scan is a simple and very effective measuring instrument. It shows the work environment drives’ perception, together with the ideal work environment drives. Values Assessment basis is a carefully balanced and validated questionnaire, consisting of only 10 questions, with 70 answer options. We process a completed questionnaire into a Values Profile, which graphically shows your drives in a clear way. You will be given an insight into your drives, very clear and very practical.

The Values Perception Scan is based on the Values Assessment, our organization’s basic instrument which has helped thousands of people from different organizations to take important steps in their personal, team and / or organization development. The Values Perception Scan shows personals drives and relates these directly to the personal experience of the current and the desired work environment (also called IST and SOLL).

Besides your organization’s current employees’ perception, we also provide an insight into your organization’s development potential.

The Values Perception Scan results shows a team’s or organization’s current and desired work environment experience, seen from Graves’ drives’ perspectives. There is no right or wrong, a Values Perception Scan is free of judgment and only shows the employees’ current experience.The Values Perception Scan is available on an individual, team and organization level. Team and organization level application is possible with participant’s full anonymity (the individual score is not shown in any recognizable way).

How does the Values Perception Scan work?

After all employees have completed their Values Perception Scan, our systems process the answers, under strict privacy rules, into a Values Profile. This Values Profile contains a list of drives your employees experience in their work environment, and the drives they would like to see in their ideal work environment. It gives you direct access to your employees’ perception of the organization, and it provides valuable information for further development. This information is read in a histogram, indicating the drives by color. The current and desired perceptions are indicated in two separate graphics, very simple and easy to read. No complex reports – direct access to valuable information.

Your trainer or consultant will hand over your ValuesProfile, complete with an oral explanation. A Values Perception Scan never comes alone, but is a means in order to get to something.
