This second module of the basic training offers you practical knowledge and skills to use the Values Assessment instrument in coaching and/or professional development of individual people. 

Basic level 1 contains:

• ValuesProfile interpretation
• ValuesProfile example cases
• Basic ValuesProfile communication skills 
• Personal practice assignment
• Certification, prerequisite for independent partnership
• One year free independent partnership (including 5 free tests)
• Admission to annual Parnerday
• Access to instrument(s): Values Assessment
