This third module of the basic training offers you practical knowledge and skills to use the Values Assessment instrument in advise and/or development of teams and organizations. It builds upon basic levels 0 and 1.

Basic level 2 contains:

• Individual vs team/organizational dymamics
• Interpretation of team/organizational ValuesProfiles
• Team/organizational ValuesProfile example cases
• End User License WM Data Analysis Console (1 year)
• Optional assistance with your first team/organization application
• Access to instrument(s):
  o Values Assessment
  o Values Perception Scan
  o Values Assessment Plus
