ValuesManagement offers a complete educational program specifically focusing on working with different instruments. You learn in a thorough and effective way to use each instrument and its underlying method in your daily practices in a most optimal way. You can also get a taste of ValuesManagement through on of our Introduction Workshops.

Here you will find a short list of our educational program:

• Basic level level 0
  One day course focusing on Graves' theory, the Values Systems and the method of ValuesManagement.
• Basic level 1
  One day course aimed at working with ValuesManagement and the Values Assessment instrument on a individual level. Also includes a certification process with additional tasks to be performed after the course day.
• Basic level 2
  One day course focusing on working with the instruments: Values Assessment, Values Assessment Plus and Values Perception Scan for application on team and organizational level. This course also includes active acquisition support in case you are a self employed trainer. In addition we also offer you active support with your first team- or organization application. In any case we like to help you to get going. 
• change ability profile
  One day course focussing on the application and practical use of the Change Ability Profile. Includes knowledge and practice on the theory of Graves, Satir and basic test psychometry for using standard normative instruments like the Change Ability Profile. This day basically is an complementary day on top of the basic levels.

Certification is an obligatory part of all our educational programs and is required in order to be able to work independently with any of the instruments. More detailed information on our education and dates can be found on this website.

In case you are interested in working with our instruments, we advise you to contact one of our employees. They will be pleased to advise you on the most suitable education.

In case you have already taken a comparable education elsewhere or you are certified for working with the used methods or instruments, it is often possible to be granted (partial) exemption. The exact conditions are determined in cooperation.

With our educational program, we focus on applying WM Methods and Instruments as an addition to your existing skills in the area of in-depth management and / or advising individuals, teams or organizations. The latter is therefore a basic condition for a successful participation.
