ValuesManagement is a young organization that in its core works on (support of) human and organization development from inner drives.Since its foundation in 2004, our organization has experiences a strong natural growth in The Netherlands and abroad. Our partners and clients consider us to be an enthusiastic, open and motivated organization – a joy to cooperate with. And we are proud of this.
Our vision is to contribute to the development of people, team and organization, by providing insights which enables people to find their strengths – enabling them to use their full potential, which leads to a more appreciated (so; improved) situation.
Our mission is offering – questionnaire based – instruments, developed from well-founded human orientated theoretical models, providing an insight which improves people’s, teams’ and organizations’ effectivity.
Our strategy consists of developing questionnaire based instruments, selling licenses for these instruments and spreading the beliefs around these instruments’ application.
We work from a network of associated partners, in which we have an active role as central organization, in order to mutually share knowledge and experience and to enable each partner to increase its added value in the entity. We work in a modern way, driven by enthusiasm and open contact with our partners and clients.
Products and services The ValuesManagement products and services are the result of a multi-year development in close cooperation with several experts, amongst which (test) psychologists, test constructors and several other experts in the area of instrument development. This strategy has lead to a wide range of solid measuring instruments. These are used by a group of international trainers, coaches, psychologists and HR professionals in several countries. We aim to make our products and services available to partners and end users in a clear and transparent way. Therefore we continuously search for further optimization and renewed products and application areas.
In the further development, we are inspired by a new, modern outlook on people and work. We focus on an integrated approach, and are nourished by current social affairs in combination with the theories and models of large philosophers such as Clare W. Graves, Ken Wilber, Virginia Satir and many others.

They are a source of knowledge and inspiration; without them, our organization and our instruments would not exist.
Partner network By now, the ValuesManagement partner network is familiar to a large number of training companies and organizations which, independently or as part of a network, are active in several countries in and outside Europe. Ever since our foundation, we train dozens of people on an annual basis to work with your methods and instruments.
International From January 1, 2008, ValuesManagement has been part of an international network, working under the name ValuesManagement International. Our products and services are available by now in four languages (Dutch, English, German and French) and we continue to add more languages. ValuesManagement The Netherlands together with local representatives in Belgium, Germany and the Middle East – compose an international network of ValuesManagement International. To support the partner network, we offer a complete educational program and several products and services in the countries where we work.
